The FENA-01 Ethernet Adapter module supports the Modbus/TCP network protocol. It enables connection of an ABB drive to an Ethernet network and supports higher-level communication protocols including Modbus/TCP. The module acts as a Modbus/TCP server, allowing for control commands, speed/torque references, status information, and parameter changes. Configuration involves setting up Ethernet connection parameters and drive/client configurations. Communication profiles define data meaning, with options like ABB Drives Profile (Classic/Enhanced) and Transparent profiles for data transfer. Diagnostics are provided via LEDs, and troubleshooting involves checking LED indications and communication settings.
