This manual describes the ABB MREL-01 Output Relay Module for ACS310 and ACS350 drives.
It covers installation, wiring, and start-up procedures.
**Installation:**
1. Ensure mains power is off.
2. Remove control panel/cover.
3. Replace grounding screw with grounding stand-off.
4. Attach panel port adapter.
5. Mount MREL-01 module into the drive's panel slot.
6. Secure module with the grounding screw.
7. Reinstall control panel/cover.
**Wiring:**
Use 0.5 to 1.5 mm² cable.
Connect control wires to the MREL-01 module based on terminal designations.
**Start-Up:**
1. Power up the drive.
2. Set parameter 9801 EXTENSION SEL to 2 (MREL) in ACS350.
3. Configure relay outputs 2 to 4 in Group 14 via the drive's control panel.
