RdF R IL Internal analog to digital converter system hardware has failed. Check the input/output board is located correctly in its socket.
Power down and up.
If the Ad.FAIL message is still present, contact the local Service Organisation
F - INPE Process variable input is above or below fault detection level.
Process variable input exceeds the limits for the linearizer selected.
