Introduction

This publication provides commissioning instructions for the ScreenMaster RVG200 paperless recorder, covering:

• Locating and panel-mounting the recorder
• Electrical connections
• Navigation of the user-interface
• Menu overview and basic setup for first-time use
• Explanation of symbols and icons.

Safety Precautions

Read, understand, and follow all instructions before and during use. Failure to do so can result in bodily harm or equipment damage.

• Installation and maintenance must be performed by authorized personnel only, in accordance with local regulations.
• Be aware of potential electrical hazards (up to 240V AC) and take necessary precautions, such as isolating the supply before removing terminal covers.
• Consider safety when operating in high pressure and/or temperature conditions.
• This product complies with safety standards IEC61010-1 and US NEC 500, NIST, and OSHA.
• Use in an industrial environment to meet EMC regulations (EC Directive 89/336/EEC).
• Dispose of the lithium battery responsibly and the remainder of the recorder according to WEEE directive.

Cleaning

The recorder can be hosed down if installed to IP66/NEMA 4X standards using warm water and mild detergent.
