Troubleshooting and error codes

No connection	Check all cable connections. Ensure that the router, switches and PoE injectors are connected and switched on. Check the IP configuration.
No video image	Check the camera cable connection. Check the camera settings in the software.
No audio	Check the microphone and speaker connections. Adjust audio settings in the software.
Device not recognized	Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the network. Check the device's IP address and network configuration. Restart the device and the network equipment.
Call not received	Verify the indoor station is correctly configured and online. Check the wiring and power supply to the indoor station. Ensure the correct doorbell button is assigned.
