The IP gateway connects the ABB-Welcome door communication system to the local IP network, enabling communication between the Welcome door communication and IP network. It supports integration with Busch-ComfortTouch® as an indoor station and a Welcome app, and connects to myABB-LivingSpace Internet portals for configuration of other Welcome products via a web browser.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| IP-Gateway icon not found | Check Windows firewall, disable it. If still not found, proceed to Option 2. |
| Browser does not open automatically | Device properties appear. Copy the displayed IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.180) and enter it manually into the browser's address bar. |
| Forgot user name and password | Reset the IP gateway to factory settings by pressing the "Reset" button on the front for at least 3 seconds. |
