Basic Operations

  • Turn On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
  • Function Selection: Use the Navigation buttons (Up/Down) to select functions (Music, Photo, Video, Record, Game, Ebook, Files, Setup) from the main menu and press ENTER to confirm.
  • Adjust Volume: During playback, use the Up/Down buttons.
  • Hold Function: Slide the Hold switch up to disable button functions; slide it down to enable them.

Playing Music

  • Select 'Music' from the main menu.
  • Use navigation buttons to select a song and press ENTER to play.
  • Short press "◄" or "►" to skip tracks. Long press to fast forward/rewind.
  • Press ENTER to pause/play.
  • Press MODE to return to the main menu.

Viewing Pictures

  • Select 'Photo' from the main menu.
  • Navigate the photo list and press ENTER to view.
  • Use navigation buttons to browse pictures.

Playing Videos

  • Select 'Video' from the main menu.
  • Navigate the video list and press ENTER to play.
  • Videos must be in ACV format; others require conversion.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Q: A:
The player cannot be started and LCD doesn't show anything, why? Make sure that the battery is fully charged.
Why are the keys not functioning? 1) Check if there is a "Hold" sign on LCD.
2) If there is a "Hold" sign, please push Hold button up and unlock the keys.
The player turns off suddenly, why? 1) Please check the setup of [Auto Shutdown] under [system] submenu.
2) Please check if there is enough battery power.
Why can't I play the video files? This player only supports ACV video files. If your video formats are not ACV formats, please convert them to the readable formats by the accessory conversion software.
There is no voice or little voice when playing music or video, why? 1) Please check the volume status, and adjust the volume button.
2) Make sure the earphone is plugged properly.
What is LRC lyrics? The LRC lyrics are the synchronized lyrics when the music is playing.
Why cannot the lyrics be shown when the music is playing? The LRC file name should be the same with MP3 file's. Otherwise it cannot search the lyrics for the song.
