Getting started: Before first use, place near an open window and operate a few times at maximum browning setting without bread.

How to use: Plug in, insert bread, select browning setting (1-7), and press the start lever down. The toaster will switch off automatically when the bread reaches the desired browning, and the bread will be lifted. The start lever can be lifted further to raise the bread higher.

Features: Use the stop button (A) to interrupt toasting. Use the defrost button (B) for frozen bread and the reheat button (C) to warm up already toasted bread.

Crisping rolls: Use the roll rack. Place bread on the activated rack, select browning setting 2, and press the start lever. Turn the bread and repeat if necessary. Caution: the rack becomes hot!

Cleaning: Unplug, allow to cool, empty crumb tray, and wipe outer surfaces with a slightly moist cloth. Never use caustic/abrasive cleaners or immerse in liquid.
