Warranty Information

A 24-month warranty is provided for private use, while 12 months apply for commercial use.

Powering On: Press the POWER button. The VOLUME/INPUT control will light up red, indicating standby mode. The device automatically switches to standby after approx. 25 minutes without signal. Press VOLUME/INPUT to reactivate.

Selecting Source: Press VOLUME/INPUT to cycle through modes (Violet/Blue=AUX, Blue=Bluetooth, Green=USB, Orange/Green=TRS). Press and hold VOLUME for 2 seconds to enter standby.

Volume: Turn VOLUME/INPUT to adjust volume. In AUX, TRS, and Bluetooth modes, also adjust source volume. Use switch 6 to adjust treble (+2db/-4db).

Bluetooth Pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is active on your device. Select your player's Bluetooth menu and register "BSS 4812". Enter password "0000" if prompted. Only one device can connect at a time. The AVRCP profile is not supported.

USB Connection: The USB port is for PC/laptop connection only. Follow on-screen instructions. It does not support external hard drives or USB sticks.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault Cause Solution
The unit does not operate. The unit is frozen or "hung". Disconnect from the mains for approx. 5 seconds. Then reconnect and switch on the unit.
No audio signal via Bluetooth connection The speaker is not paired with the audio source. Check the connection. If necessary, re-pair the speaker with the audio source.
Volume too low Increase the speaker volume. Increase the volume on the audio source.
The speaker cannot be connected Pairing is not working. Check if the audio source supports the A2DP protocol.
The audio source is switched off. Switch on the audio source.
Bluetooth is deactivated on the audio source. Activate the Bluetooth function on the audio source.
