Using the Burners
The symbols on the knob indicate which burner it controls. To start a burner, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the maximum position and press the knob. Keep it pressed for about 6 seconds after the flame ignites. Use the maximum setting to quickly boil liquids and a reduced setting to maintain heat. Ensure pot diameter is suitable for the burner size to prevent flame from going out of the pot.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down. Wash enamelled parts with soapy water and a light detergent, avoiding abrasive or corrosive products. Stainless steel parts should be cleaned with soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. Burners and racks can be removed for easier cleaning. Gas taps should only be lubricated by authorized personnel.
