Warranty Information

The warranty period is 24 months for private use and 12 months for commercial use, starting from the purchase date.

General Operation:

Unwind the mains cable. Fold out the handle. Attach a nozzle if necessary. Select the desired heat/blower setting (Off, Gentle air flow/medium temp, Strong air flow/high temp). After use, switch the appliance to Off and disconnect from the mains.

Storage: Allow the device to cool before putting it away. Place on its side or hang by the suspension eye. Loosely wind the mains cable, do not tie tightly. Regularly check the cable for damage.

Maintenance: Always disconnect from the mains before cleaning. Do not immerse in water. Use a soft, dry cloth. Clean the air intake grill regularly.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The appliance does not switch on. The appliance is not plugged in. Check if the plug is correctly inserted into the socket.
The socket is faulty. Try another socket.
The appliance switches off automatically. Overheating protection has been triggered. Turn off the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes. Check the air intake grill for blockages.
The airflow is weak. The air intake grill is blocked. Clean the air intake grill.
The appliance smells burnt. The air intake grill is blocked or there is a fault. Turn off the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down. Clean the air intake grill. If the smell persists, contact customer service.
The device emits a burning smell when switched on. The device has not been used for a long time. Turn the device on and off several times. Run it for a short period of time.
