The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase or installation.
Comfort Mode: Set desired temperature using the control knob. The heating indicator lights up when the room temperature is lower than desired. Wait for stabilization.
Eco Mode: Lowers temperature by 3-4°C for unoccupied periods (recommended for absences > 2 hours). Set switch to ECO and control knob to desired position. Heating indicator lights up if ambient temperature is below ECO temperature.
Frost Free Mode: Maintains temperature around 7°C during prolonged absence (> 24 hours). Set switch to this position.
To Switch Off: Set the switch to the OFF position.
Programming: Devices with electronic thermostats can receive commands via pilot wire or carrier current.
Locking Controls: Remove unit from wall bracket. Detach pins from thermostat housing to lock the control knob or limit its range, or to lock the switch.

| Device does not heat | Ensure installation circuit breakers are on, or load shedder has not switched off power. Check room temperature. For equipped models, check programmer is in Comfort mode. |
| Unit is permanently heating | Ensure it is not in a draft and the temperature setting has not been changed. |
| Unit does not carry out programming orders (equipped device) | Ensure programming unit is correctly used, Chronocarte is properly inserted and functioning. Check batteries. If problems persist (thermostat blocked), switch off power for 5 minutes. Consult supplier if frequent. |
| Device is very hot on the surface | Normal operation, but ensure power is adapted to room surface (recommend 100W/m²) and unit is not in a draft disrupting regulation. |
