To ensure safe and efficient operation of your AEG power tool, please follow these basic operational guidelines:

Before Operation:

• Read the instruction manual carefully.
• Always wear safety goggles. It is also recommended to wear gloves, sturdy non-slipping shoes, and an apron.
• Ensure the ventilation slots of the machine are kept clear at all times.
• Never remove shavings or splinters while the machine is running.
• Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any work on the machine.
• Connect the machine to the mains only when it is switched off.

Using the Tool:

• Always use the auxiliary handle supplied with the tool.
• Hold the power tool by its insulated gripping surfaces, especially when performing operations where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord.
• When working with large drill diameters, the auxiliary handle must be fastened in a right angle with the main handle.
• When working in walls, ceilings, or floors, take care to avoid electric cables and gas or water pipes.

Maintenance:

• Keep the machine's ventilation slots clean at all times.
• If the machine is frequently used for percussion drilling, regularly remove collected dust from the chuck.

Safety Warnings:

• Wear ear protectors. Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss.
• If the tool is lost, loss of control can cause personal injury.
