Operating Instructions

1. Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before starting.
2. Attach accessories (whisk or dough hook) by inserting them into the corresponding slots and turning them until they click into place.
3. Place the mixing bowl into the stand.
4. To lower the mixer arm, press and hold the raise/lower button (E) and push the arm down. To raise it, release the button.
5. Select the desired speed using the speed range selector switch (B).
6. For short bursts of high speed, press and hold the Turbo button (C).
7. To release accessories, press the accessory release button (A) and pull them out.
8. To detach the mixer arm, press the lock release button (F) and lift the arm upwards.
