Basic Operation Summary

  • Activation/Deactivation: Push the function knob to activate and turn it to the 'off' position to deactivate.
  • Oven Functions: Select desired function (e.g., Conventional Cooking, True Fan Cooking) and set temperature.
  • Fast Heat Up: Decreases heat-up time by setting the function and desired temperature.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft cloth with mild detergent. Pyrolytic cleaning is available for heavy soiling.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The oven does not heat up. The appliance is switched off. Switch the appliance on.
The oven does not heat up. The time is not set. Set the time. Refer to "Setting the time of day".
The oven does not heat up. Required settings have not been made. Ensure settings are correct.
The oven does not heat up. The automatic switch-off is activated. Refer to "Automatic switch-off".
The oven does not heat up. The child lock is activated. Refer to "Disabling the child lock".
The oven does not heat up. The fuse in the fuse box has tripped. Check the fuse. If it trips frequently, contact an electrician.
The oven lamp does not light up. The oven lamp is defective. Replace the oven lamp.
Pyrolysis does not start. C3 appears on the display. The door is not closed correctly or the door lock is defective. Close the door carefully.
F102 appears on the display. The door is not closed correctly or the door lock is defective. 1. Close the door carefully. 2. Switch the appliance off and on again via the household fuse or the circuit breaker in the fuse box. 3. If F102 still appears, contact Customer Service.
The core temperature sensor does not function. The core temperature sensor plug is not inserted correctly into the socket. Insert the core temperature sensor plug as far as possible into the socket.
The oven does not heat up. The display shows Demo. Demo mode is activated. 1. Switch off the appliance. 2. Press and hold the + button. 3. When a signal sounds, turn the oven function knob to the first function. Demo will flash on the display. 4. Turn the oven function knob to 'Off'. 5. Release the + button. 6. Turn the temperature selection knob clockwise for three seconds. A signal will sound three times. Demo mode is now switched off.
An error code appears on the display that is not listed. An electronic fault has occurred. 1. Switch the appliance off and on again via the household fuse or the circuit breaker in the fuse box. 2. If the error code still appears, contact Customer Service.
There is water in the oven. The water tank is too full. Switch off the appliance and remove the water with a sponge or cloth.
Steam cooking does not work. The steam inlet opening is blocked by limescale deposits. Check the steam inlet opening. Remove limescale deposits.
