1. Setting up the Base Station: Connect the mains power cable and telephone line cord to the base station. Plug the power adapter into a mains socket.
2. Installing and Charging Batteries: Insert the 2 supplied rechargeable batteries into the handset, observing polarity. Place the back cover on the handset. Charge the handset on the base for 15 hours before first use.
3. Setting Handset Language: Navigate to HS SETTINGS, then LANGUAGE, and select your desired language. Confirm the selection.
4. Making a Call: You can dial directly by entering the number and pressing dial, or select contacts from the Phonebook or Call List.
5. Answering a Call: Press the answer button when the phone rings or pick up the handset if Auto Answer is ON.
6. Other Features: Explore functions like adjusting volume, muting calls, keypad lock, finding handset (paging), internal calls, and using the answering machine.
