Getting started:

1. Clean the mixing foot under running water. Remove the plug from the power outlet before inserting or removing the mixing foot.
2. Insert the mixing foot into the handheld part, turn clockwise to lock, and counter-clockwise to remove. Press and hold the ON/OFF or TURBO speed button to start mixing. Adjust speed using the selector. Release the button to stop.
3. Insert the stick mixer into a bowl or pan. Begin mixing at normal speed, immersing the foot no more than 2/3 of its length. Move the mixer lightly up and down for best results. Release the switch to stop.

Using the mini chopper:

1. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface. Insert the stainless steel blade.
2. Place food into the chopper bowl (max 300g) and close the lid.
3. Insert the handheld part into the chopper lid, turn clockwise to lock. Plug into power and press the switch to start. Release to stop. Remove by turning clockwise.

Working with the Professional double whisk:

1. To assemble, turn the handheld part clockwise until tight. To disassemble, turn counter-clockwise.
