Battery Pack Installation/Removal: See page 6 for instructions on inserting and removing the battery pack. Ensure the battery pack is removed before performing any work on the machine.
Accessory Installation: Follow the steps on pages 8 and 9 for installing drill bits and other accessories into the SDS-plus chuck. Lubrication of the accessory is recommended.
Auxiliary Handle: Pages 10 and 11 detail how to attach and adjust the auxiliary handle for better control.
Depth Stop: Page 12 explains how to set the depth stop for precise drilling.

| Possible Cause | Remedy |

| Battery pack is not charging. | Check that the charger is properly connected to the mains and the battery pack. Check the contacts on the battery pack and charger for dirt and clean them if necessary. |
| Tool does not operate. | Check if the battery pack is charged. Ensure the battery pack is correctly inserted. Check if the trigger is pressed. |
| Tool vibrates excessively. | Ensure the correct accessory is used and it is properly installed. Check accessory for damage. Ensure the tool and accessories are maintained. |
| High current draw, tool vibrates and turns OFF. | This is a battery pack protection feature. Release the trigger, then press it again to reset. |
| Battery pack flashes, tool turns OFF. | Internal temperature of the battery pack is too high. Allow the battery pack to cool down before continuing. |
