Starting/Stopping:

To start, press the START button. To stop, press the STOP button. The machine can be locked in the ON position by pressing START then the LOCK button.

Speed Adjustment:

The speed can be adjusted by turning the speed selector dial from 1 to 6. The dial is marked with symbols of a turtle (slow) and a rabbit (fast) indicating the speed range from 230 m/min to 400 m/min.

Changing the Sanding Belt:

  1. Ensure the machine is unplugged.
  2. Adjust the belt tension lever to the lowest position.
  3. Remove the old sanding belt.
  4. Place the new belt onto the rollers, ensuring it is correctly oriented.
  5. Adjust the belt tension lever until the belt is taut and aligned correctly.

Dust Extraction:

Attach the dust bag to the dust extraction port. For more efficient dust collection, connect the tool to a vacuum cleaner using the appropriate adapter (optional accessory).

Using the Clamps:

The provided clamps can be used to secure the workpiece to a workbench. Insert the clamps into the designated slots and tighten them to hold the workpiece firmly.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Machine does not start Not plugged in Ensure the plug is securely inserted into the socket.
Machine stops during operation Overheating or motor overload Allow the machine to cool down. Reduce the pressure applied. Ensure the ventilation slots are clear.
Belt slips or does not track correctly Incorrect belt tension Adjust the belt tension lever.
Excessive dust during operation Dust bag full or not properly attached Empty or reattach the dust bag. Ensure the dust extraction port is clear.
Poor sanding result Worn or damaged sanding belt Replace the sanding belt.
Excessive vibration Loose components or damaged belt Check all screws and components for tightness. Ensure the sanding belt is properly seated and not damaged.
