Operating the Sander:

Start: Press the switch to start the sander.

Stop: Press the switch again to stop the sander.

Changing Sandpaper:

  1. Ensure the tool is unplugged.
  2. Align the sandpaper with the sanding plate.
  3. Secure the sandpaper by pressing it onto the plate, ensuring it adheres evenly.
  4. For optimal sanding, use sandpaper with holes that align with the dust extraction ports on the plate.

Dust Extraction:

  1. Attach the dust bag securely to the sander's dust port.
  2. Periodically empty the dust bag to maintain efficient dust collection.
  3. For improved dust collection, connect the sander to a compatible vacuum cleaner using the appropriate adapter (if provided).

Sanding Technique:

Apply light, even pressure. Move the sander in long, sweeping strokes, following the grain of the wood. Avoid excessive pressure or dwelling on one spot to prevent damage to the surface.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Poor sanding performance Worn or unsuitable sanding paper. Use fresh, appropriate grit sandpaper. Ensure the sandpaper is correctly aligned.

Excessive dust leakage Dust bag not properly attached. Ensure the dust bag is securely fastened.
Damage to dust port or bag. Inspect for damage and replace if necessary.
