Warranty Information

Starting and Stopping:

  1. Press the trigger to start.
  2. To stop, release the trigger.

Adjusting Planing Depth:

  1. Rotate the depth adjustment knob to set the desired planing depth between 0 and 2.0 mm.

Attaching Dust Bag:

  1. Align the dust bag with the dust port and push it on until it clicks into place.

Replacing Blades (Refer to image IV):

  1. Loosen the screws (3x) holding the blade.
  2. Carefully remove the old blade.
  3. Insert the new blade, ensuring it is correctly aligned.
  4. Tighten the screws (3x).

Using the Edge Guide (Refer to image V):

  1. Attach the edge guide to the planer base using the provided screw and nut.
  2. Adjust the guide to the desired width (max. 82 mm).

Planing Technique (Refer to image VI):

  1. Place the front of the planer on the workpiece.
  2. Switch on the tool.
  3. Guide the planer evenly over the workpiece.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Tool does not start Tool is not plugged in. Plug in the tool.
Power outlet is faulty. Check the power outlet or try another.
Excessive vibration Blades are dull. Sharpen or replace the blades.
Tool is not properly maintained. Clean the tool and ensure proper maintenance.
Poor planing result Blades are dull. Sharpen or replace the blades.
Incorrect planing depth setting. Adjust the planing depth.
Excessive dust Dust bag is full or not properly attached. Empty or reattach the dust bag.
Dust extraction system not functioning. Check the dust extraction system.
