The fastening torque is affected by various factors including speed, fastening position, drive accessory/socket, accessories and extensions, bolt/nut type and condition, and fastener/material condition.
Impacting Techniques: The longer a bolt, screw, or nut is impacted, the tighter it will become. Avoid excessive impacting to prevent damage. Practice with various fasteners to understand the time needed for optimal torque.
Check tightness with a hand-torque wrench. Adjust impacting time as needed. Oil, dirt, and rust on threads or under the fastener head affect torque. Loosening torque is approximately 75-80% of tightening torque.
Mains Connection: Connect only to single-phase AC current and the specified system voltage. Ensure the machine is switched off before plugging in.
