Warranty Information

The appliance is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

Washing:

  • Load laundry, add detergent and softener to the correct compartments.
  • Select the desired wash course using the course selection dial.
  • Adjust options such as temperature, spin speed, or additional rinses if needed using the respective buttons.
  • Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
  • The machine will automatically stop upon completion.

Drying:

  • Load laundry after washing.
  • Select a drying course (e.g., Drying Cottons, Drying Mixed) or use Auto Dry (Dryness) or Timer Dry (Dry Time).
  • Press the Start/Pause button to begin the drying cycle.
  • The machine will stop automatically when drying is complete.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Spinning starts late or the machine does not spin:

  • Possible Cause: Electronic unbalance detection due to uneven laundry distribution. Redistributes laundry by reverse rotation. May happen several times. If still uneven after 10 min, machine will not spin.
  • Solution: Pause and manually redistribute laundry.
  • Possible Cause: Machine not installed properly.
  • Solution: Ensure correct leveling. Refer to "Installation".
  • Possible Cause: Transit bolts or packaging not removed.
  • Solution: Remove packaging and/or transit bolts. Refer to "Unpacking".
  • Possible Cause: Load may be too small.
  • Solution: Add more laundry.

The machine makes an unusual noise:

  • Possible Cause: Transit bolts or packaging not removed.
  • Solution: Remove packaging and/or transit bolts. Refer to "Unpacking".

The machine does not dry or does not dry properly:

  • Possible Cause: "Dry Time" or "Dryness" degree not selected.
  • Solution: Select drying time or dryness degree.
  • Possible Cause: Water tap not turned on (code: E 10).
  • Solution: Open water tap.
  • Possible Cause: Drain filter clogged (code: E20).
  • Solution: Clean drain filter.
  • Possible Cause: Machine overloaded.
  • Solution: Reduce laundry load.
  • Possible Cause: Selected drying program, time, or dryness degree not suitable.
  • Solution: Select suitable program, time, or dryness degree.

Display time is frozen at the end of drying cycle for more than 30 minutes:

  • Possible Cause: Machine optimizing drying cycle based on laundry type and load size. Varies by fabric water absorption.
  • Solution: Normal behavior, not a cause for concern.
