Turning the appliance ON

1. Connect the appliance plug to the mains socket. 2. Press the ON/OFF button if the display is off. 3. The display shows the factory set temperature (12 °C).

Turning the appliance OFF

1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. 2. The display turns off. 3. To disconnect the appliance from the power supply, remove the plug from the mains socket.

Adjusting the Temperature

To set the temperature on the wine rack shelf, press the temperature controls. Each press of button 4 or 5 will increase or decrease the temperature by 1 °C. When the temperature setting reaches the upper limit of 18 °C and the lower limit of 5 °C, it will no longer increase or decrease.

Cleaning

Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the interior and all internal accessories with lukewarm, soapy water (neutral soap) to remove typical new appliance odour, then dry thoroughly.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Wine cellar not working. Power supply not switched on. Please connect the appliance to the mains.
Appliance is switched off. Switch on the appliance.
Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown. Switch on the circuit breaker or replace the fuse.
Insufficient cooling. Check temperature setting. Check the set temperature.
Door not fully closed. Refer to the door adjustment procedure (section 7.4).
Door seal not sealing properly. Clean the seal with a damp sponge using a neutral detergent and water.
Compressor runs continuously. Room temperature is higher than usual. Check the room temperature.
Door opened too often. Do not keep the door open longer than necessary.
Door not fully closed. Check if the door is fully closed.
Door seal not sealing properly. Check the condition of the seal and, if necessary, clean it with a damp sponge using a neutral detergent and water.
Light not working. Power supply not switched on. Please connect the appliance to the mains.
Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown. Switch on the circuit breaker or replace the fuse.
LED bulb has burned out. Contact the service centre.
Lighting button not working. Contact the service centre.
Excessive vibration. Check if the wine cellar compartment is level. Level the appliance.
Excessive noise. The humming noise may be due to the refrigerant circulating, which is normal. If the noise intensifies, contact the service centre.
Contraction and expansion of internal walls may cause slight noises and crackling. Contact the service centre.
Wine cellar compartment is not level. Level the appliance.
Wine cellar compartment is not level. Level the appliance.
Seal is dirty. Clean the door seal with a damp sponge using a neutral detergent and water.
