Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Cannot take pictures or video 1. Check if the SD card has enough space and is locked. 2. Format the TF card using the device.
Recording stops automatically Use a high-speed C10 TF card compatible with this device.
"File error" prompt during playback The TF card may have errors, leading to incomplete files. Use the "Format" function to reformat the TF card.
The image is foggy Check the lens for dirt and fingerprints. Wipe the lens with lens paper before shooting. To restart, short press the reset button.
