Getting Started:
1. Attach the camera strap.
2. Open the battery cover.
3. Insert the battery with correct orientation.
4. Insert an SD/SDHC memory card. Format the card before initial usage.
5. Charge the battery fully using the supplied charger.
6. Turn the camera on by pressing the power button.
7. Handle the camera by opening and rotating the LCD panel.
8. Set Date/Time and Language via the setup menu.
Capture Modes:
Video: Press the power button, compose, and press the record button.
Still Images: Press the power button, switch to capture mode using the MODE button, compose, and press the shutter button.
Zoom: Use the TQ button to zoom in and W button to zoom out.
Assist Light: Press the button in video/capture mode to turn on/off.
Face Detection: Toggle the button to enable face detection for focus.
Playback Mode:
Press the play button, then the MENU button to select playback options.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Cannot download images. | The free space on the hard disk in your computer may be insufficient. | Check whether the hard disk has a space for running Windows, and if the drive for loading image files has capacity at least of the memory card inserted in the video camera. |
