The control panel features an ON/OFF switch (1), a START/STOP button (2), and a CRUISE CHILLING button (3). Indicator lights denote various chilling modes: SOFT CHILLING (4), HARD CHILLING (5), COOLER (6), BLAST FREEZING (7), and FREEZER (8). Program selection buttons (9) allow choosing TURBO COOLING, P1, or P2, with corresponding indicator lights (10, 11, 12). Temperature settings and display (13, 14) are available, along with probe temperature indicators (15, 16). HACCP (17) and Service Alarms (18) are also indicated. Food safety modes (19, 20) and U.S. Standard (21) are present. Time functions (22, 23) and remaining time estimates (24) are included. Utility functions (26) cover manual defrosting, probe temperatures, UV lamp, Standards, user parameters, HACCP alarms, and service alarms. Cycle selection and value modification buttons (34) are at the bottom.

| Appliance does not reach the set internal temperature | Check that the condenser is clean; check that the cycles have been set properly; check that the product has been loaded properly into the chamber; check that the probe is working properly. |
| Appliance is excessively noisy | check that the appliance is properly levelled. If it is unbalanced this could cause vibrations. check that the cabinet is not touching other units, as this may cause resonant vibrations; |
| Appliance functions with time, even with the probe inserted | make sure the probe is correctly inserted (see below - INSERTING THE CORE PROBE IN THE PRODUCT); check that 5 minutes after cycle start with probe inserted, the luminous indicator remains off. |
