Warranty Information

Refer to the user manual for warranty information.

  • Precautions and environmental policy: Do not handle with wet hands, disconnect power before making connections, avoid short circuits.
  • General requirements: Installation by qualified technician, connections without power, comply with regulations, use Airzone cable, do not invert polarity, avoid interference.
  • System installation: Make electrical connections, check assembly and connection, configure system.
  • Assembly: Main control board on DIN rail or surface, thermostat on wall with support.
  • Connection: Thermostat connection (wired or radio), connection with the unit via control relays (2 or 4 pipes).
  • Control board inputs: Probe, window contact, presence contact.
  • System power supply: Connect to 110/230 Vac.
  • Reset: Reset zone or thermostat.
  • Battery change: Replace thermostat battery (CR2450).
  • Assembly and connection check: Verify thermostat power and control board LED status.
  • Initial configuration: Select language and configure wireless device if applicable.
  • Initial configuration check: Turn on system, generate demand, modify speeds, verify relay LEDs.
  • Advanced configuration: Access advanced configuration menu to modify parameters.
  • Self-diagnosis: Interpret control board LEDs to detect non-conforming operations.
  • Thermostat - Warnings: Anti-freeze, active window, active presence, low battery.
  • Thermostat - Errors: Communication failures (wired/radio), temperature probe open circuit or short circuit.

Troubleshooting and error codes

ErrorDescription
Error 1: Wired thermostat - Main control board communication errorThis incident blocks zone control. To solve this incident, check: 1. Main control board status: Correctly powered. 2. Main control board status: Thermostat connection bus LEDs are operating properly. 3. Connections: Verify the correct polarity of the main control board and thermostat connectors. 4. Wiring: Check that the voltage between the poles (A /-) and (B/-) is approximately 0.65 Vdc. 5. Restart the zone and re-associate it with the system.
Error 1: Wireless Thermostat - Main control board communication errorThis incident blocks zone control. To solve this incident, check: 1. Thermostat status: Check the signal range of the thermostat with the main control board through the Information parameter (See user manual) or move the thermostat closer to the main control board. If communications are reestablished, relocation may be necessary as it was out of range. 2. Main control board status: Correctly powered. 3. Main control board status: Proper operation of wireless communication LEDs. 4. Restart the zone and re-associate it with the system.
Error 5: Temperature probe - Open circuitThe zone loses its ambient temperature measurement, rendering the zone unable to generate demand. In case of this incident, proceed to replace the device or send it for repair.
Error 6: Temperature probe - Short circuitThe zone loses its ambient temperature measurement, rendering the zone unable to generate demand. In case of this incident, proceed to replace the device or send it for repair.
