Warranty Information

The phone is warranted against defects for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Powering On/Off: Press and hold the Power key to turn the phone on or off.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Troubleshooting Steps
My phone is frozen or cannot switch on Check battery level, charge for 20 minutes. If still not working, reset using Power and Volume up keys.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart phone by pressing and holding Power key for more than 9s.
My phone turns off by itself Check screen lock and Power key contact. Check battery charge level.
My phone cannot charge properly Use ALCATEL ONE TOUCH charger. Ensure battery is not fully discharged. Charge under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C). Check voltage input abroad.
My phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location, check network coverage with operator, verify SIM card validity, manually select network, try later if overloaded.
My phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI, ensure SIM card internet service is available, check internet settings, be in network coverage, try later or another location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure SIM is correctly inserted and undamaged. Check SIM service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial valid number, check country codes for international calls, ensure network connection, check subscription status, ensure calls are not barred, not in flight mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure phone is on and connected to network, check subscription status, ensure calls are not forwarded or barred, not in flight mode.
The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received Check service subscription with operator, caller may have concealed their information.
I cannot find my contacts Ensure SIM is not broken and properly inserted. Import contacts from SIM to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor Adjust volume, check network strength, ensure receiver/speaker is clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual Check subscription with operator, ensure no specific accessory is required.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed Ensure number is correctly recorded, select correct country prefix for foreign calls.

The phone cannot be detected by others via Bluetooth Ensure Bluetooth is on and visible, phones are within detection range.
How to make your battery last longer Complete charge time (min 4 hours). Wait 20 mins after charging for exact indication. Switch backlight on demand. Extend email auto-check. Update news manually. Exit background apps. Deactivate Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/GPS when not in use.
