Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone Issue Troubleshooting Steps
My phone is frozen or cannot switch on
  • Check battery contacts, remove and reinstall battery.
  • Check battery power level, charge for at least 20 minutes.
My phone has not responded for several minutes
  • Restart phone by pressing and holding the key.
  • Remove and re-insert battery, then restart phone.
My phone turns off by itself
  • Check if phone is locked, ensure not accidentally turning off when locking.
  • Check the battery charge level.
My phone cannot charge properly
  • Use ALCATEL ONE TOUCH battery and charger.
  • Ensure battery is inserted properly and contacts are clean.
  • Battery may need 20 minutes to show charging indicator if fully discharged.
  • Ensure charging conditions (0°C to +40°C) and voltage compatibility abroad.
My phone cannot connect to a network or "No service" is displayed
  • Try connecting in another location.
  • Verify network coverage with operator.
  • Check SIM card validity.
  • Try selecting available network(s) manually.

Invalid SIM card
  • Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted.

  • Adjust volume during call.
  • Check network strength.
