  • Quick Start Guide
  • Keys: Navigation key (Confirm, Call log, Send call), Left soft key (Menu, Call log), Right soft key (End call, Return to idle), numeric keys (dialing, input), * key (0, lock keypad, input symbol), # key (input symbol, activate/deactivate vibrator), and Call key.
  • Power on/off: Long press the Power key.
  • Charging: Connect charger to phone and mains socket. Wait for charging to start, disconnect when complete.
  • Calls: Dial number and press Call key. Press Call key to answer, press End call key to hang up.
  • Messaging: Create SMS by selecting Messages, type, and send. Create MMS by selecting Options-Add subject.
  • Media: Use Music to play audio, Videos to play video files, FM radio for listening to radio, and Recorder to record audio.
  • Tools: Access Alarm, Calculator, Calendar, Unit conversion, Fake call, Call filter, Browser, and Services (SIM toolkit).
  • Settings: Customize Profiles, Phone settings, Call settings, Network selection, Connectivity, Security, and Restore factory settings.
  • Input mode: Type text by pressing keys until desired letter is highlighted.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Troubleshooting Possible solutions
Phone does not switch on Check battery charge. Press and hold the Power key for at least 3 seconds.
Phone does not switch off Press and hold the Power key for at least 3 seconds.
Phone does not charge Ensure battery is correctly inserted. Check charger and cable connections. Clean charging contacts.
Cannot make calls Check network signal. Check if SIM card is inserted correctly. Check call barring settings. Ensure you are not in flight mode.
Cannot send/receive SMS Check SIM card status. Check message center number in Message settings. Ensure sufficient memory.
Sound volume is too low Increase volume using the side key. Check if the speaker is blocked.
Screen does not light up Press the Power key. Check if the phone is locked.
Phone freezes or becomes unresponsive Press and hold the Power key to reset the phone. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Cannot connect to the Internet Ensure data services are enabled. Check APN settings in Connectivity settings. Ensure SIM card is enabled for data services.
Bluetooth connection fails Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Ensure devices are within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing devices.
Battery drains quickly Reduce screen brightness and backlight time. Close unused applications. Disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use.
