Warranty Information

Your phone is warranted for 12 months against defects occurring under normal use.

  • Power on/off: Hold the key until the phone powers on.
  • Making calls: Dial the number and press the send key.
  • Receiving calls: Press the send key to answer or the reject key to decline.
  • Sending messages: Navigate to Messages > Create message and type your text.
  • Using the phonebook: Access contacts from the main menu to search, view, or add contacts.
  • FM Radio: Access FM radio from the main menu to listen to stations.
  • Settings: Customize ringtones, display, and other phone settings via the menu icon.

Troubleshooting and error codes

My phone is frozen or cannot switch on Check battery contacts, reinstall battery, charge for 20 minutes.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by holding the key; remove and re-insert battery.
My phone turns off by itself Check if locked; ensure power key is not accidentally pressed. Check battery charge.

My phone cannot connect to a network or "No service" is displayed Try another location; verify network coverage; check SIM validity; select network manually; try later if network is overloaded.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct SIM insertion; check for damage; verify SIM service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial valid number; check international codes; ensure network connection; check subscription status; ensure calls are not barred; ensure not in flight mode.
