Problem Possible Solution
The phone cannot be turned on Check battery charge. If the battery is completely discharged, charge it for at least 15 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
The phone does not charge Ensure the charger is properly connected. Clean the charging contacts on the phone and charger.
The screen is blank Press any key to wake up the screen. Ensure the battery is charged.
The phone does not respond Press and hold the Power key for a few seconds to restart the phone.
Cannot make or receive calls Check network coverage. Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted. Check if call barring is activated.
Cannot send or receive SMS Ensure the message center number is correctly set. Check message storage.
