Warranty Information

Your phone is warranted against any defect for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Your phone provides various functions including making calls, sending messages, browsing the internet, and managing contacts. To turn on your phone, press and hold the Power key. The Home screen is your starting point, allowing access to applications via icons. You can navigate using the touchscreen gestures like touch, touch and hold, drag, pinch/spread, and rotate. The status bar displays important information like signal strength and notifications. Use the Quick setting panel and Notification panel for quick adjustments and alerts. Key operations include connecting to Wi-Fi, using the browser for web surfing, connecting to a computer via USB, and finding your location using GPS. You can also back up your data and customize your phone's settings.

Troubleshooting and error codes

My phone cannot be switched on or is frozen Check battery contacts, remove and reinstall battery. Charge for 20 minutes. Press and hold Volume Down key to enter Safe Mode. Reset using Power and Volume Up keys.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by pressing and holding the Power key for more than 9s. Remove and reinstall the battery, then restart.
My phone turns off by itself Check screen lock status. Ensure Power key is not mis-contacted. Check battery charge level.
My phone cannot charge properly Use the original charger. Ensure battery is inserted properly and contacts are clean. Battery may need up to 20 minutes to show charging indicator if fully discharged. Charge under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C). Check voltage input abroad.
My phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location. Verify network coverage. Check SIM card validity. Select network manually. Try connecting later if network is overloaded.
My phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI (*#06#). Ensure internet access service is available. Check internet settings. Ensure network coverage. Try connecting at a later time or location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct insertion, no damage to chip, and service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial valid number. Check international codes. Ensure network connection. Check subscription status. Ensure outgoing calls are not barred. Ensure not in flight mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure phone is on and connected to network. Check subscription status. Ensure calls are not forwarded or barred. Ensure not in flight mode.
The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received Check subscription to the service. Caller may have concealed their details.
I cannot find my contacts Check SIM card is inserted properly. Import contacts from SIM to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor Adjust volume. Check network strength. Ensure receiver/speaker is clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual Check subscription includes the service. Ensure no ALCATEL ONETOUCH accessory is required.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed Ensure number is recorded correctly. Select country prefix for international calls.
I am unable to add a contact in my contacts Check if SIM card contacts are full; delete files or save to phone contacts.
My callers are unable to leave messages on my voicemail Contact network operator for service availability.

I am unable to download new files Ensure sufficient phone memory. Select microSD card for downloads. Check subscription status.
