Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Troubleshooting Steps
Phone cannot be switched on or is frozen Charge for 20 mins. Press and hold Volume Down for Safe Mode. Reset using Power + Volume Up.
Phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by pressing and holding the Power key.
Phone turns off by itself Check screen lock, Power key contact, and battery charge.
Phone cannot charge properly Ensure battery is not fully discharged. Check charging conditions (0°C to +40°C) and voltage input abroad.
Phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location. Check network coverage, SIM validity, and network settings.
