Warranty Information

The phone is warranted for 12 months, and batteries/accessories for 6 months from the purchase date.

Getting Started:

  • Setup: Install SIM and microSD cards, charge the battery fully.
  • Power On: Hold the Power key to turn on the phone. Follow on-screen prompts for language, input method, data connection, date/time, and Google Account setup.
  • Home Screen: Access apps, shortcuts, and widgets. Navigate by touching, holding, dragging, sliding, flicking, and pinching/spreading.
  • Volume Adjustment: Use the Volume keys or the Settings menu.
  • Text Input: Use the onscreen keyboard for typing. Adjust orientation and settings as needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

My phone cannot be switched on or is frozen
  • Charge for at least 20 minutes.
  • Try Safe Mode by holding Volume Down key.
  • Reset by holding Power and Volume Up keys.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by pressing and holding the Power key for more than 9s.
My phone turns off by itself
  • Check screen lock status.
  • Ensure Power key is not mis-contacted.
  • Check battery charge level.
My phone cannot charge properly
  • Use ALCATEL ONETOUCH charger.
  • Wait 20 minutes for charging indicator if battery is fully discharged.
  • Charge under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C).
  • Check voltage input abroad.
My phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed
  • Try another location.
  • Verify network coverage.
  • Check SIM card validity.
  • Select available network manually.
  • Try later if the network is overloaded.
My phone cannot connect to the Internet
  • Check IMEI number.

  • Check phone's internet connecting settings.

Invalid SIM card
  • Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted.

The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received
  • Check subscription for caller ID service.
  • Caller may have concealed their name or number.
I cannot find my contacts
  • Ensure SIM card is not broken.
  • Ensure SIM card is inserted properly.
  • Import contacts from SIM card to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor
  • Adjust volume during call.
  • Check network strength.
  • Ensure receiver, connector, or speaker is clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual
  • Check subscription includes the service.
  • Ensure no specific ALCATEL ONETOUCH accessory is required.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed
  • Ensure number is correctly recorded in the file.
  • Select the country prefix for international calls.
I am unable to add a contact in my contacts
  • Ensure SIM card contacts are not full.

How to make your battery last longer

  • Deactivate Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or GPS when not in use.
The phone will become warm following prolonged calls, game playing, internet surfing or running other complex applications. This is a normal consequence of CPU handling excessive data. Ending these actions will return the phone to normal temperatures.
