Getting Started: Power on your phone by pressing and holding the Power key. Set up your phone for the first time by following on-screen prompts for language, input method, date, and time. Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
My phone is frozen or cannot switch on Charge for 20 minutes, then try switching on. If it loops, press and hold Volume Down to enter Safe Mode. If still ineffective, reset by holding Power and Volume Up keys.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by pressing and holding the Power key for more than 9s.
My phone turns off by itself Check screen lock and Power key contact. Check battery level.
My phone cannot charge properly Use the ALCATEL ONETOUCH charger. Ensure battery is not completely discharged. A partial charge may require up to 20 minutes to display the indicator.
My phone cannot connect to a network or “No service" is displayed Try another location, verify network coverage with your operator, check SIM validity, and try selecting networks manually.
My phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI, SIM internet access service, phone settings, network coverage, and try connecting later or in another location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct insertion, check for damage, and verify SIM service availability.
