Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location, check network coverage, verify SIM card, manually select network, or try later if overloaded.
Phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI, verify internet access service, check settings, ensure network coverage, or try later/another location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct insertion, check for damage, and verify SIM service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial correctly, check country codes, ensure network connection, check subscription status, ensure no barred calls, and not in airplane mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure phone is on and connected, check subscription, ensure no forwarded calls, no barred calls, and not in airplane mode.
The caller's name/number does not appear Check service subscription with operator, or caller has concealed their information.
I cannot find my contacts Check SIM card, ensure proper insertion, and import contacts from SIM to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor Adjust volume, check network strength, and ensure receiver/speaker is clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual Check operator subscription and ensure no special accessory is required.
When I select a number from my contacts, it cannot be dialled Ensure number is correctly recorded and country prefix is selected for international calls.
I am unable to add a contact in my contacts Check if SIM card contacts are full; delete or save to phone contacts.
My callers are unable to leave messages on my voicemail Contact network operator to check service availability.
I cannot access my voicemail Check voicemail number entry and try later if network is busy.
