My phone is frozen or cannot switch on
  • Check battery contacts, remove and reinstall battery.
  • Check battery power level, charge for at least 20 minutes.

My phone turns off by itself

The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received
  • Check if the service is subscribed with the operator.
  • Caller may have concealed their name or number.
I cannot find my contacts
  • Ensure SIM card is not broken.
  • Ensure SIM card is inserted properly.
  • Import all SIM contacts to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor
  • Adjust volume using Volume key.
  • Check network strength.
  • Ensure receiver, connector, or speaker are clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual
  • Confirm subscription includes the feature with operator.
  • Ensure feature does not require an Alcatel accessory.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed
  • Verify the number is correctly recorded.
