Warranty Information

Phone is warranted for 12 months from purchase date; batteries and accessories for 6 months.

  • Power Key: Press to lock/unlock screen; press and hold for power options (off, restart, airplane mode); press and hold Power + Volume Up to reset; press and hold Power + Volume Down to screenshot; press and hold Power for at least 10 seconds for force reboot.
  • Volume Keys: Adjust earpiece/media/ringtone volume; mute incoming calls; use Volume Up/Down in camera for burst shoot.

Unable to make outgoing calls Check network connection, subscription status, outgoing call barring, and flight mode.

The phone will become warm following prolonged calls, game playing, internet surfing or running other complex applications. This is normal due to CPU handling excessive data. Ending these actions will return the phone to normal temperatures.
