Troubleshooting and error codes

My phone cannot be switched on or is frozen Charge for 20 minutes, try switching on again. Use Safe Mode by holding Volume Down. Reset using Power + Volume Up, or upgrade software.
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by holding Power key. Remove and re-insert battery. Use Factory data reset or FOTA/Mobile Upgrade.
