Getting Started:
  1. Draw out the basket, load the dishes, and push it back in.
  2. Ensure there is enough rinse-aid and detergent.
  3. Insert the plug into the socket and ensure the water supply is on.
  4. Close the door and press the power button.
  5. Select a program and press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle.
  6. Optionally, set a delay time if needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Dishwasher doesn't start
  1. Shut the door completely to ensure it is latched.
  2. Check and connect the power supply.
  3. Check and reset delay start time.
Dishwasher operates too long When heavy soil is detected, the auto, normal, pots & pan cycle will automatically increase the cycle time.
Dishes are not clean enough
  1. Make sure the water pressure is normal.
  2. Reload dishes as per loading instructions, add detergent based on water hardness and cycle. Use fresh detergent.
  3. Choose a longer wash cycle.
  4. Ensure the spray arm rotates freely.
Dishes not drying enough
  1. Fill rinse aid dispenser or increase rinse aid amount.
  2. Reload dishes as per loading instructions.
  3. Choose the proper cycle with drying.
Spots and filming on dishes
  1. For very hard water, install a water softener.
  2. Reload dishes as per loading instructions.
  3. Use fresh rinse aid.
  4. Add rinse aid to the dispenser.
  5. Use less detergent if you have soft water.
Detergent left in dispenser cup
  1. Use fresh detergent.
  2. Reload dishes, ensuring spray arms are not blocked.
