AEG offers a 12-month guarantee on this appliance, covering faulty workmanship or materials free of charge for labour and parts.
Starting Up: Plug in the appliance. If the display is off, press ON/OFF. Stop buzzer with 'I' button. Press 'C' or 'E' to set desired temperature, which flashes. The appliance will automatically switch to actual temperature display after 5 seconds. Recommended freezer temperature is -18°C or colder. FROSTMATIC: Press button to accelerate freezing and protect stored food. Yellow light illuminates. It switches off automatically after 52 hours or can be manually ended. Switching Off: Hold ON/OFF for 3 seconds; display counts down. For extended periods, switch off, unplug, defrost, clean, and leave doors open. Freezing Food: Ensure freezer is -18°C or colder. Observe rating plate for freezing capacity. Cool warm food before freezing. Pack food airtight. Press fast freeze button 24 hours before adding fresh food.
Troubleshooting and error codes
