Initial Start-Up: Insert the plug, press the ON/OFF button. The green indicator shows mains power. A red indicator flashes until the desired temperature is reached. The appliance defaults to 'Freezing' mode.
Selecting Mode: To switch between 'Freezing' and 'Cooling' modes, press and hold the ON/OFF and WARNING OFF buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Freezing: Ensure the compartment is at -18°C or colder before freezing. For maximum capacity, activate FROSTMATIC 24 hours prior (4-6 hours for smaller quantities). Foods must be packed airtight. FROSTMATIC switches off automatically when freezing is complete.
Cooling: Choose 'Long Fresh' Cooling (0°C to +2°C) for extended freshness, 'Standard' Cooling (+5°C) for normal refrigeration, or 'Drinks' Cooling (up to +16°C) for beverages.
Cleaning: Switch off the appliance, disconnect from power. Clean the interior with a cloth and lukewarm water. Wipe dry. Clean the condenser annually.
