Loading Film: Pull the rewind knob to open the back, place the cassette, push down the knob, and insert the film leader into the take-up spool. Advance the film until the sprockets engage the perforations. Close the back securely.

Setting Film Speed: Lift the outer ring of the exposure factor control dial and set the ASA number of the loaded film in the ASA speed indicator window.

Exposure: Set the shutter speed dial to "AUTOMATIC". For open-aperture reading, ensure the stop-down lever is DOWN. For stop-down reading, push the lever UP. Lightly depress the shutter button to activate the meter and adjust shutter speed. Depress fully to take the picture.

Multiple Exposures: Make the first exposure, tighten the film by turning the rewind knob while holding it, depress the film rewind release button, and cock the rapid wind lever. Release the shutter for the second exposure. Make a blank exposure before the next picture to avoid overlap.

Film Unloading: After the last picture, the rapid wind lever will not turn. Unfold the rewind crank, depress the release button, and turn the crank to rewind the film into the cassette. Pull out the rewind knob to open the back and remove the cassette.
