Troubleshooting and error codes

Limited access during failover Phone enters "failover" mode to maintain operation. Functionality may be limited during transition. Do not log off during failover. Active calls remain active. New calls may not be initiated. Some softkeys may be unavailable. Call connection may take longer. Conference calls, transfers, and held calls may be dropped. Emergency calls may or may not work. Message Waiting Indicator may clear, but voicemail may still be available. Browser links may not work until transition is complete. Transitions back to normal server restore all functionality.
