Familiarising Yourself: Understand the control panel with its touch-sensitive surfaces for power levels, functions like Keep Warm, Powerboost, and Rapid Pre-heating. The hotplates are controlled by selecting the appropriate zone and adjusting the power level.
Cooking: Choose suitable induction-compatible pans. Select a hotplate, set the desired power level (1-6, with intermediate steps), and place your pan on it. Functions like Powerboost offer temporary high heat, while Keep Warm maintains a low temperature.
Safety Features: The hob has a childproof lock, residual heat indicators, and automatic safety shut-off. Always ensure pans are correctly placed and of suitable material.
Cleaning: Clean the glass ceramic surface after each use with specialized cleaning agents. Avoid abrasive materials. The hob surround can be cleaned with warm soapy water.
