Quick Operation Guide

Cooling: Set to cool mode, adjust desired temperature.

Water Drainage: Ensure proper drainage, especially when the water tank is full.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problems Possible causes Remedies suggested
1. The unit does not turn on when the on/off button is pressed - The water tank indicator light is flashing and the tank is full.
- The ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature (Heating mode).
- The ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature (Cooling mode).
Drain the water from the tank.
Reset the temperature.

2. The room is not cool enough - Doors and windows are not closed.
- Heat sources inside the room.
- The air outlet exhaust hose is not connected or is blocked.
- The set temperature is too high.
- The air inlet is obstructed.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed.
Remove heat sources, if possible.
Connect or clean the air outlet exhaust hose.
Reset the temperature.
Clean the air inlet.
3. Noise - The floor is not level or not flat.
- The sound is caused by refrigerant flowing inside the air conditioner.
Position the unit on a flat and level surface, if possible.
This is normal.
4. Error Code EO Ambient temperature sensor error. Replace the ambient temperature sensor (the unit will still function without replacement).
5. Error Code E1 Condenser temperature sensor error. Replace the condenser temperature sensor.
6. Error Code E2 Water tank is full during cooling. Remove the rubber plug and drain the tank.
7. Error Code E3 Evaporator temperature sensor error. Replace the evaporator temperature sensor.
8. Error Code E4 Water tank is full during heating. Drain the water from the tank.
