Preparing the machine
Ensure hoses are connected, tap is fully open, and machine is plugged in. Load laundry, add detergent and softener.

Programme selection
Select program based on fabric type, quantity, soiling, and temperature using the Programme Selection knob. Refer to tables for details.

Starting the programme
Press Start/Pause. Programme Follow-up indicator lights up. Monitor progress.

Loading door lock
Door locks when machine is in use. "Door Open" light flashes when paused, illuminates when safe to open (1-2 mins). If it doesn't illuminate, cancel program or use Spin+Pump.

Adding/Removing Laundry
Press Start/Pause to pause. Wait for "Door Open" light. Add/remove laundry. Press Start/Pause to resume.

Cancelling the programme
Turn Programme Selection knob to another program. "End/Cancel" light flashes. New program starts without draining if water is present. Use Spin+Pump to drain if needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Troubleshooting Steps
Programme cannot be started or selected Machine may be in self-protection mode due to supply issues. Press and hold Start/Pause for 3 seconds to reset to factory settings.
Water in the machine Some water may remain from quality control processes; this is not a fault.
Machine vibrates or makes noise
  • Machine may be unbalanced; adjust feet.
  • Foreign substance in pump filter; clean filter.
  • Transportation safety bolts not removed; remove them.
  • Too little laundry; add more.
  • Overloaded; remove or redistribute laundry.
  • Machine leaning on a rigid item; ensure clearance.
Machine stopped shortly after programme started Machine may have stopped temporarily due to low voltage; it will resume when voltage returns to normal.
Programme time does not countdown (models with display)
  • Timer may stop during water intake until adequate water is taken in.
  • Timer may stop during heating until selected temperature is reached.
  • Timer may stop during spinning if unbalanced load detection is activated. Rearrange laundry and re-spin.
Foam overflowing from detergent drawer Too much detergent used. Mix 1 tbsp softener with 1/2 L water and pour into main wash compartment. Use detergent appropriate for program and load size. Reduce detergent when using additional chemicals.
Laundry remains wet at the end of the programme Excessive foam may have activated the automatic foam absorption system. Use recommended detergent amount. If laundry is unbalanced, the machine will not spin. Rearrange and re-spin.
