Failure to follow instructions may void the warranty.
1. Preparation: Ensure water hoses are connected, tap is open, and the machine is plugged in. Load laundry, add detergent and softener.
2. Programme Selection: Choose a programme based on fabric type, quantity, and soiling level using the Programme Selection knob.
3. Starting the Wash: Press the Start/Pause button. The programme follow-up indicator will show progress.
4. During the Wash: The door locks automatically. You can pause the machine to add/remove laundry if the water level is suitable and the door unlock indicator is on.
5. End of Programme: The "End/Cancel" light illuminates. The door "Door Open" symbol flashes for 1-2 minutes before the door unlocks. Remove laundry and turn the machine off.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
| Programme cannot be started or selected. | Machine is in self-protection mode due to supply issue (voltage, water pressure). | Cancel programme by turning the Programme Selection knob to another programme. |
| Water in the machine. | Water may remain from quality control processes. | This is not a failure; water is harmless. |
| Machine vibrates or makes noise. | Machine is unbalanced. | Adjust the feet to level the machine. |
| Hard substance in the pump filter. | Clean the pump filter. | |
| Transportation safety bolts not removed. | Remove the transportation safety bolts. | |
| Too little laundry. | Add more laundry. | |
| Machine overloaded or leaning on an item. | Remove some laundry or balance the load. Ensure the machine is not leaning on anything. | |
| Machine stopped shortly after the programme started. | Temporary stop due to low voltage. | The machine will resume when voltage normalizes. |
| Programme time does not countdown. | Timer stopped during water intake, heating, or spinning. | This is normal if the machine is waiting for sufficient water, heating, or if unbalanced load detection is active. Rearrange laundry and re-spin if needed. |
| Foam overflowing from the detergent drawer. | Too much detergent used. | Mix 1 tbsp softener with 0.5 L water and pour into the main wash compartment. Use recommended detergent amounts. |
| Laundry remains wet at the end of the programme. | Excessive foam or unbalanced load detection. | Use recommended detergent amounts. Rearrange laundry and re-spin if unbalanced. |
